Everything Is Going Down, But The Word Of God……A member of my amazing Obnoxious Street Committee has just informed mr that Israel Baptist Church in Atlanta, GA pad locked the building and is no longer allowing the pastor, Rev. Dr. William Smith or his wife access to th church. Rumor has it that over $1 million dollars in church funds has come up missing and the couple have been accused of taking the money. Now as it stands the church would not dare press criminal charges against Dr. Smith, but would like him to retire at once and agree to a $5,000 a month salary until his death.

While the world has turned its attention to Atlanta with the recent arrest of Mega Church Pastor Creflo Dollar there is serious trouble at another house of God in the great city. Israel Missionary Baptist Church in Southwest Atlanta is no stranger to controversy. The Pastor Rev. William Smith will soon celebrate his 44th year as pastor of the almost 100 year old church has not all been easy. Smith is up in age now and in recent years married a woman that was young enough to be his granddaughter. The woman was one of the financial officers of the church and conveniently married the Rev. Smith in the mist of great financial scandal.
According the Obnoxious Street Committee Rev. Smith eventually admitted to having taken the church’s money and it was the decision of the deacons and trustees that he did not face any prosecution. However, it was never clear if he and his new wife were required to pay the money back, but what Mr. Obnoxious knows for sure is that Mrs. Smith is a big spender and enjoys spending big bucks without a problem. The word is that she drops big bucks in some of the Atlanta Boutiques that are well supported by first ladies.
The financial background of Mrs. Smith, who is also the church accountant, is going to come in handy since the church owes Uncle Sam over a half of a million dollars in unpaid taxes. Many of you are wondering how can a church owe taxes and it is very easy. A church is a non-profit entity that has employees and taxes have to be paid on all salaries, but not atIsrael. It seems that the money was being taken out for the taxes, but was never reaching the government. According toIsraelinsiders all eyes are on Rev. Smith and his young money hungry wife. The old man is said to have come real close to having a prison ministry not long ago, but they are not so sure if the will get off so easy this time.
If it is found out that Mrs. Smith and old Rev. is stealing again they are going to jail this time. Some members have told Mr. Obnoxious they are going to see to it!
Good Israel snitches are not buying it and have told Mr. Obnoxious all roads lead to the pastor’s wife.
